49. Rhythm of Life

Oh Rugged Rhythm of Life
Strike the strings of the world
May be melancholic Crescendo
Or mild Melodious Diminuendo.

Oh! Sacred Rhythm you bind
Yourself with mortal beings
Spreading your music of love
From Earth to the Heaven above.

With your serene stare
You engulf the Cosmic Air
Every pulsating breast you fire
In each heart a living lyre.

A pensive heart painfully pulsates
It transcends in thirsty quest
To satiate the smoldering bust
For fusion of faculties, not Lust.

Would a shared erotic climax
Bloom the withered soul?
Or mad Jazz you hear
Bring pleasure to the ear?
Parley of heart to heart

Ignite the subtle cinders
Two Lives unifying into one
Reaching the zenith of horizon.

This air, this ocean, this earth and space
Unifying them all like a thread
Metaphysically transcends the soul
But creative forces remain single whole.

Searching secrets of the soul
Delving deep into mystery of love
Enveloping each cosmic element
Paves path to Rhythmic enlightenment.

Wallowing through fire of passion
Sanctified by sacred waters
Treading softly the zephyr of mirth
Birth sprouts from pregnant earth.

A film of disconsolate tears
Bleed from the Soul within
You wipe the hazy world anew
Transforming the tears to dew.

Paving through ebbs and tides
Where joys and sorrows dwell
Come hither, hand in hand
Let's hum hymns in exotic band.

Igniting the passionate hearts
Dredging deep through distant dreams
The RHYTHM of life prolongs
Singing lullaby of Minstrel Songs.

50.   Incomplete

The crescent moon and nascent night
Are symbols incomplete
The name of our relation light
Is but friendship incomplete.

You addressed me as friend dear
But the depth is incomplete
You dwell there and I here
Our distance is incomplete.

On very high pedestal you stand
Our bridge is incomplete
I always try to reach your hand
But our touch is incomplete.

I crave to share my tears new
But my tears are incomplete
To rest my  weary head on you
Oh! My desire is incomplete.

You exhibit your frustration
But my sharing is incomplete
I live in sad hesitation
For my fears are incomplete.

Spiritual love we have found
For our romance is incomplete
By social norms we are bound
Whose bonds are incomplete.

I try to sing a lovely song
But my notes are incomplete
I wait for your evening call
Or my day is incomplete.

The moon is on your window sill
Spilling moonlight incomplete
The room with incense scent you fill
But fragrance is incomplete.

Step by step on your heart
My footprints are incomplete
How can I share each little thought
For my life is incomplete.
